摘　　要：停放在乡镇街道上的一辆宝马轿车深夜着火,在没有目击证人和直接监控视频的情况下,刑事技术部门与消防部门通力合作,准确认定了起火点,确定了案件性质。通过这起放火案件的调查与认定,简要介绍了高档轿车采用铝质材料时的一些火灾痕迹特点,分析了该起火灾现场助燃剂提取部位,提出了放火案件现场勘验时的注意事项。A BMW car parked on a town street was on fire at midnight. With the concerted efforts of the criminal technology department and the fire department, the nature of the case and the spot where the fire started are accurately identified with the absence of eye witnesses and direct security video. Based on the investigation and confirmation, this paper briefly introduces the characteristics of burning traces of aluminium used by high - end cars, pin- points the spot where the fire accelerant is extracted at the fire scene, and puts forward some tips for the crime scene investigation of arson.
