摘 要:转杯纺成纱器在牛仔面料生产中应用广泛,转杯及其凝聚槽类型是影响成纱特性的重要参数。探究不同直径的T型凝聚槽对转杯内气流场的影响,借助ANSYS有限元软件分析纺纱通道内气流场数值,并进行纺纱实验验证,优化成纱质量,提供面料服用性能。研究结果表明:在相同工艺条件下,凝聚槽一周(0°~360°)范围内,气流速度为T_(36)型>T_(42)型>T_(46)型;在20°~340°范围内,气流压力为T_(46)型>T_(42)型>T_(36)型,即负压绝对值T_(36)型>T_(42)型>T_(46)型,但在0°(即360°)位置处,由于纤维输送通道气压的冲击作用,使转杯内气流压力为T_(36)型>T_(46)型>T_(42)型。3种直径的T型槽内气流静压和速度趋势基本一致,以直径42 mm的T型槽为例,转杯内的静压大部分为负压,位于-4.1^-10.8 k Pa之间;气流在纤维输送通道中加速运动,出口处的气流速度达到241 m/s;3种不同直径T型转杯所纺纱线强力为T_(36)型>T_(42)型>T_(46)型,断裂伸长率为T_(36)型>T_(42)型>T_(46)型,条干不匀率为T_(46)型>T_(42)型>T_(36)型,毛羽值为T_(46)型>T_(42)型>T_(36)型。Rotor spinning yarn is widely used in denim fabric production. During the rotor spinning process, rotor and groove are important parameters affecting the yarn characteristics. The mechanism of three different diameters of the T-slot rotor to high speed airflow during rotor spun yarn spinning process is investigated. Airflow speed and static pressure in three different diameters of T-slot rotor, such as 36 mm, 42 mm, 46 mm, are studied by finite element software ANSYS, and verified by experiments. The results showed that under the same conditions, speeds ranking in three different diameters of T type groove was :T36 〉 T42 〉 T46. At 0° and 360° positions, the static pressures were T36 〉 T46 〉 T42, and at the rest posi- tions, they were T46 〉 T42 〉 T36. Taking T slot of 42 mm diameter as example, static pressures within the rotor were between -4. 1 kPa and -10.8 kPa. The airstream accelerates from the transfer channel inlet to the outlet with the decrease of the pipe diameter, and reached the biggest-value to 241 m/s at the outlet. Yam strength ranking was:T36 〉 T42 〉 T46, breaking elongation ranking was : T36 〉 T42 〉 T46, evenness ( CV% ) ranking was : T46 〉 T42 〉 T36, hairiness ranking was : T46 〉 T42 〉 T36.
