摘 要:毛泽东在马克思、恩格斯、列宁思想的指导下,吸取中国传统文化积极有益的成分,并且结合中国革命和建设的实际情况,形成了毛泽东干部教育思想。针对当前干部在思想、组织、作风等方面出现的新问题、新情况、新变化,习近平在继承了毛泽东干部教育思想的基础上,进行了理论创新,形成了习近平干部教育思想。新时代习近平对毛泽东干部教育思想的继承与发展的主要内容包括:第一,在内容上强调马克思主义理论教育;第二,在目的上以解决中国实际问题为中心;第三,在方法上坚持密切联系群众;第四,在目标上又红又专、敢于担当。研究新时代习近平对毛泽东干部教育思想的继承与发展,对于指导我国干部队伍建设有重大的理论意义和实践意义。Under the guidance of Marxism and Leninism and according to the actual conditions of China's revolution and construction,Man Zedong absorbed the positive and beneficial elements of Chinese traditional culture and formed Mao Zedong's thought on cadre education.In response to new problems ,new situations and new changes occurring in cadres' thoughts,organization and work style,Xi Jiuping carried out theoretical innovation based on Mao Zedong's thought of cadre education,and formed Xi Jinping's cadre education thought.The main contents of the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's cadre education thought by Xi Jinping in the new era includes:In the first instance,the subject matter of education focuses on Marxism;secondly,the purpose of education is to solve the actual problems in China; thirdly,the methodological principle is the adherence to close connection with the masses.Fourthly,the standard of education is both socialist-minded and professionally competent and responsible. The study on the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's cadre education thought by Xi Jinping in the new era has great theoretical and practical significance for the construction of the cadre team in China.
