摘 要:涵盖了稳控集中管理系统的调度EMS系统,除了能有效地对稳控系统进行管理和维护外,还可以利用其具备的当值稳控策略校核和预警等功能,对电网当前运行的稳控策略进行实时分析和评估,这一高级应用依赖于及时更新稳控装置的当值离线策略。与人工更新装置在运离线策略的方法相比,使用源端维护的方式,利用CIM/E语言格式通过软件自动生成离线策略描述文件并自动上送,时效性更高,提高了安控策略的在线分析和评估的实时性和可靠性。详细阐述了其实现过程,并在安徽电网得到工程应用。The EMS dispatching system including the SCMS has great advantages in monitoring and controlling stability control systems and it also has functions such as checking and warning the online stability control schemes and carrying out the realtime analysis and evaluation of the stability control strategies being used in the power grid. These functions depend on accurateness of the offline stability control schemes of each stability control device. At present, these offline stability control schemes are maintained manually. Generating offline stability control scheme by software automatically is a more timely and reliable method to maintain these schemes. This paper presents a method of generating offline stability control scheme files based on CIM/ E automatically and how this method helps to migrate the former EMS to a new one smoothly in the engineering application.
