摘 要:针对全球互联电网的经济性评估问题,提出了一种考虑互联电网建设和运行的经济性评估方法。首先,基于全寿命周期理论,并引入有无对比原则,构建了计及互联电网远距离输电工程和避免新建发电厂的综合成本效益;其次,考虑可再生能源的不确定性和供需双侧的时空互补性,提出了计及时空分布的互联电网运行效益评估模型;最后,提出了经济性评价指标,并针对全球互联电网的仿真算例展开分析,验证了全球互联电网能显著提升电网的经济效益。In view of economic evaluation for global interconnected power system, the paper proposes an economic evaluation method considering the construction and operation of interconnected power grid. First, based on life-cycle theory, by introducing with and without comparison principle, a comprehensive cost-benefit algorithm is established considering the long-distance power transmission project of the interconnected power grid and avoiding new- built power plants. Secondly, considering the uncertainties of renewable energy and the space-time bilateral complementarities of supply and demand, a model to evaluate the operational efficiency of the interconnected power grid is put forward, which takes into account the spatial and temporal distribution. Finally, the economic evaluation index is proposed and the simulation example of the global interconnected power system is analyzed, the results show that the economic effects of the grid can be significantly enhanced by the global interconnected power system.
