眼位训练在提高数字导航下白内障手术效果的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨术前眼位训练对提高数字导航系统辅助白内障超声乳化手术质量的效果。方法将拟植入散光人工晶体的60例老年性白内障患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。试验组在术前常规宣教的基础上进行一对一的眼位训练,对照组只进行常规宣教。比较两组手术时间、超声乳化能量、手术并发症及术后效果。结果试验组手术时间短于对照组,超声能量少于对照组,术后视力及术后散光指标均优于对照组,角膜内皮细胞计数高于对照组,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前针对性的眼位训练,能提高患者的术中依从性,提高数字导航系统辅助下的白内障超声乳化手术质量。ObjectiveTo explore the effect of eye position training on improving the quality of digital navigation system-assisted cataract phacoemulsification. MethodsSixty elderly patients with cataract scheduled to implant astigmatic intraocular lens were randomly divided into the experimental and control group randomly, with 30 cases in each group. One to one eye position training was performed in the experimental group on the basis of routine propaganda and education before operation, and only routine propaganda and education in the control group. The operative duration, energy of phacoemulsification, operative complication and postoperative efficacy were compared between the two groups. ResultsIn the experimental group, the operative duration and ultrasonic energy were shorter or less, the postoperative vision and astigmatic indices were superior, and the amount of corneal endothelial cells was more compared to the control group （all P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of complication between the two groups （P〉0.05）. ConclusionTargeted eye position training before operation can improve the compliance of patients and improve the quality of digital navigation system-assisted cataract phacoemulsification.
