摘 要:目的:探讨糖肾康微丸薄膜包衣工艺的最佳工艺。方法:考察包衣辅料和包衣增质量对糖肾康微丸的影响,考察包衣工艺参数(风机频率、雾化压力、包衣液流速和物料温度)对包衣效果的影响。结果:最佳包衣工艺为,采用上海卡乐康包衣技术有限公司生产的欧巴代薄膜包衣粉,包衣增质量3%,进出风频率均为1 500 r/min,雾化压力为0.3 MPa,包衣液流速为2~4 r/min,物料温度为45℃。结论:本工艺操作简单、稳定可行。OBJECTIVE: To probe into the optimized thin-film coating process for Tangshenkang pellets. METHODS: The effects of coating materials and coating conditions on the coating process were investigated by centrifugal coating method. And effects of coating process parameters (fan frequency, atomization pressure, rate of coating fluid flow and material temperature) on coating process were observed. RESULTS: The best coating process were as follows: the thin-film coating powder of Opadry~ from Shanghai Colorcon Coating Technology Co. LTD was adopted, the coating weight gain was 3%, the inlet and outlet wind frequencies were 1 500 rotations per minute, the atomization pressure was 0. 3 MPa, the rate of coating liquid flow was 24 rotations per minute, and the material temperature was 45℃. CONCLUSIONS : The process is simple, stable and feasible.
