摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在新生儿真菌性肺炎抗感染治疗中的作用。方法:回顾性分析临床药师参与1例新生儿真菌性肺炎继发感染患儿的治疗过程。结果:临床药师积极参与临床治疗,协助临床医师制订和完善了治疗方案,患儿病情好转后出院。结论:导致新生儿肺炎的原因包括真菌及细菌感染,应正确把握用药时机,明确诊断,抗感染治疗时应充分衡量获益和风险。临床药师积极发挥专业优势,参与临床治疗,可促进合理用药。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effect of clinical pharmacists in anti-infectious treatment of newborns with mycotic pneumonia. METHODS： To retrospectively analyze the treatment of 1 case of newborn with mycotic pneumonia by clinical pharmacists. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacist took active participation in giving assistance to clinicians in formulating and perfecting therapeutic regimen, the newborn patient discharged from hospital after going better. CONCLUSIONS： The causes inducing newborn mycotic pneumonia including fungus and bacterial infection, clinical pharmacists should take correctly therapy timing, identify diagnoses, take full consideration of benefits and risks before anti-infectious treatment, give full play of professional advantages, participate in clinical treatment to promote rational medication.
