摘  要:对低碳含硼钢的裂纹分析可知,低碳含硼钢的裂纹处存在BN或B(CN)的析出,通过对BN、Ti N、Al N析出的热力学分析和计算得到硼、钛、铝及氮的活度系数分别为fB=1.154 8,fN=1.035 4,fTi=0.9686,fAl=1.025 2,硼和氮的活度分别为aB=0.001 7,aN=0.006 2,BN的析出温度为1 454 K;同时,也可得到,在本钢种成分下,向钢中加入0.015%左右的钛或将钢中酸溶铝的含量提高到0.043 5%以上,可以抑制低碳含硼钢中BN或B(CN)的析出。It's known from the analysis of cracks of low carbon boron steel that the BN or B(CN) precipitates at the crack of low carbon boron steel. By thermodynamic analysis and calculation of BN, Ti N and Al N precipitation, it can be obtained that the activity coefficients of boron,titanium, aluminum and nitrogen are fB=1.154 8, fTi=0.968 6, fAl=1.025 2 and fN=1.035 4 respectively, the activities of boron and nitrogen are aB=0.001 7 and aN=0.0062 respectively, and the precipitation temperature of BN is 1 454 K. It can also be obtained that the precipitation of BN or B(CN) is inhibited when about 0.015% titanium is added to the molten steel or the content of acid soluble aluminum in the molten steel is increased to more than 0.0435%.
