疼痛管理在椎体骨折患者围手术期中的应用及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨JCI标准下规范化、个性化的疼痛管理模式在脊柱外科椎体骨折患者围手术期的疼痛管理效果。方法分别选取2016年4月至2016年9月和2016年11月至2017年3月脊柱外科收治的椎体骨折患者为对照组和观察组,共165例。对照组按脊柱外科住院患者行常规疼痛管理;观察组应用JCI标准下的规范化、个性化的疼痛管理模式。比较两组患者的疼痛评分、疼痛管理满意度以及疼痛控制效果(疼痛程度、术后住院日和不良反应发生率)。结果观察组患者疼痛评分均低于对照组,其疼痛控制效果和疼痛管理满意度均明显高于对照组,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脊柱外科椎体骨折患者围手术期采用JCI标准下规范化、个性化的疼痛管理模式,能够减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高患者对疼痛管理的满意度,缩短住院天数,降低术后不良反应发生率,促进患者康复,进而提高患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of standardized and personalized pain management model on the pain management of vertebral fracture in the perioperative period under the JCI standards. Methods We included patients with vertebral fractures from April 2016 to September 2016 as control group, and patients from November 2016 to March 2017 as observation group. A total of 165 patients included in this study. Patients in control groups received routine pain management, while patients in the observation group received standardized and personalized pain management under the JCI standards. We then compared pain score, pain management satisfaction, pain control effect （the degree of pain, length of hospital stay and the incidence of adverse reactions） between these two groups. Results The pain score of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the pain control effect and pain management satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion During perioperative period of spine surgery, the standardized and personalized pain management model of JCI standard can relieve the pain of the patients, improve the patient＇s satisfaction with pain management, shorten hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse events, accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
