摘　　要：本文就临床医学工程部门学科建设的现状、学科发展的职能定位及如何推动学科发展进行了探讨,提出加强专业基础建设、培养交叉复合型人才、深化再教育制度等措施可有力推动临床医学工程学科的发展。指出了只有加强临床医学工程部门学科建设,促使临床工程技术部门向技术型管理方向转化,才能提高临床医学工程部门的保障能力。This article discussed the current situation of discipline construction, the function orientation of clinical medical engineering discipline and how to promote the discipline development. It proposed that, strengthening discipline foundation construction, cultivating compound interdisciplinary talents, deepening re-education system could effectively promote the discipline development of clinical medical engineering. Only when the discipline construction of clinical medical engineering was strengthened, clinical engineering department could turned to technology oriented management, and thus the supportability of clinical medical engineering department got improved.
