摘 要:配气机构是内燃机的重要组成部分,由于工作环境恶劣且工作强度大,内燃机在往高速重载方向发展的道路上,配气机构中的凸轮-摇臂副在高速运转下的工作性能和工作情况必须得到足够的重视和研究。以配气机构动力学实验为基础,进行了汽油机在高速工作状态下凸轮-摇臂副接触载荷的实验研究,确定了凸轮转速变化对于接触应力峰值出现位置的影响,由此确认了不同转速下凸轮最大磨损位置,提出一些工艺上和工况上的改进方式以期减小磨损,提高凸轮的使用寿命。Valve-train is an important part of the internal combustion engine. Due to hard working environment and heavy working strength, much more research must be attached to the high speed valve-train cam-rocker's work performance and work condition in order to make the internal combustion engine more adaptable to the high speed and heavy load. On the basis of valve-train Kinetics experiment,the key research on the contract load of the high speed gasoline engine's cam-rocker contract is carried out, the Influence mechanism of how the cam rotate speed affects the cam stress is confirmed, and then the maximum wear positions in different rotating speeds are also discovered. Some technology and usage improvements are proposed to reduce cam wear and improve the service life of the cam.
