泰州市“互联网+放射诊疗监督”模式的探讨

摘　　要：为切实保证受检者获得辐射对健康影响的知情权,保障受检者和公众的健康权益,泰州市卫生监督机构积极探索"互联网+放射诊疗监督"模式,制订了具体的干预措施实施方案。本文对干预方案的实施背景及具体内容做了简要阐述:在对泰州放射诊疗单位放射防护调查的基础上,针对放射诊疗活动中放射工作人员未向受检者履行"对邻近照射野的敏感器官和组织进行屏蔽防护并事先告知患者和受检者辐射对健康的影响"的客观问题,对照相关法律依据,结合"互联网+"大背景,提出了"在放射诊疗工作场所安装多媒体并循环播放放射知识视频"的新思路,并对该项干预措施的实施程序(资金来源、后期动作等)、预期成效和效果评价等方面做了探讨。对于如何有效推广该项干预措施并取得良好社会效益提出了几点建议。To ensure the clients’ right to know about radiation on the health effects,and safeguard the rights and interests of health,Taizhou health supervision agen actively explore the mode of Interent ＋ Radiation diagnosis supervision,and formulate the specific implementation plan for the intervention measures. This paper made a brief statement on the background and the specific content of the intervention plan. On the basis of investigation on radiological protection of Radiotherapy unit in Taizhou city,aiming at the objective problem of radiological staffs failing to perform＂protecting sensitive organs and tissues from the adjacent field and informing the patient of the effects of radiation on health＂,referring to the relevant legal basis,combining the＂Internet plus＂background,innovatively put forward a new idea of＂installing multimedia and circulating radiological protection knowledge video ＂in the radiological workplace,and discussed the implementation procedure,expected effect and effect evaluation of this intervention; In addition,some suggestions are put forward on how to effectively promote the intervention and achieve good social benefits.
