大同市2011-2015年住院病例呼吸系统疾病统计分析

摘　　要：目的分析大同市2011-2015年住院病例呼吸系统疾病流行特征,为采取针对性干预措施提供依据。方法对"ICD-10"编码为"J00-J99"呼吸系统疾病住院病例进行统计分析,有序分组资料应用线性趋势检验进行趋势分析。结果呼吸系统疾病为大同市2011-2015年住院病例排列第一位的疾病,5年间呈明显上升趋势;构成呼吸系统疾病的前五位依次为慢性下呼吸道疾病(27.32%)、流行性感冒和肺炎(26.95%)、急性上呼吸道感染(19.99%)、由于外部物质引起的肺部疾病(7.96%)和其他急性下呼吸道感染(6.06%)。结论呼吸系统疾病是严重危害人们健康的常见病、多发病,已经成为影响公共健康的重大问题,慢性阻塞性肺疾病和肺炎应为大同市居民重点防制的疾病,应引起高度重视;提高自身抗病能力及环境保护意识、持续改善生态环境是预防控制居民呼吸系统疾病的根本措施。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics on diseases of the respiratory system in hospitalized patients in Datong and provide evidence for the intervention measures from 2011 to 2015. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out on hospitalized patients with ＂ICD-10＂coded ＂J00-J99＂respiratory diseases,and the trend analysis was performed by using linear trend analysis. Results Diseases of the respiratory system were the first type of disease in Datong from 2011 to 2015,which showed a significant upward trend during 5 years; the top five diseases that make up the respiratory system were chronic lower respiratory diseases（ 27. 32%）,influenza and pneumonia（ 26. 95%）,acute upper respiratory infections（ 19. 99%）,lung disease due to external agents（ 7. 96%） and other acute lower respiratory infections（ 6. 06%）.Conclusion Diseases of the respiratory system are serious harm to people’s health and common disease,they have constituted a major problem affecting public health,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pneumonia are the primary focus of disease prevention and control of Datong residents,they should be taken seriously; it is necessary to improve their resistance to disease and consciously protect the environment consciousness,continuous improvement of the ecological environment is the fundamental measures for the prevention of control of respiratory diseases of residents.
