摘  要:目的全面分析大庆市疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状,为优化人力资源结构提供科学依据。方法对2015年大庆市、县两级疾控机构人力资源状况,包括人员数量、年龄、学历、职称等数据进行描述性分析比较。结果全市疾控机构人员较2006年下降9.16%,其中市级下降1.96%,县区级下降10.90%。市级机构人员年龄以45~54岁的最多,学历主要为大学本科、大专和硕士及以上,职称以中级和高级为主;县区级机构人员年龄以35~44岁的最多,学历比例最高的是中专,职称以初级和中级为主。结论 10年间大庆市市、县两级人员数量减少,县区级尤为严重。市、县两级均存在人员老龄化问题,市级机构人员结构不合理;大庆市市、县两级人员学历职称差距大,县区级高层次人才缺乏。Objective To analyze the status of human resources of CDCs in Daqing and provide scientific basis for optimizing the structure of human resources. Methods The data of human resources in two levels of CDCs in Daqing city and county were analyzed in 2015,including personnel quantity,age,education background,professional titles and other data. Results The number of staff in city CDC fell 9. 16% compared with 2006,of which the city fell by 1. 96%,county level decreased by10. 90%. The age of municipal CDC staff were mainly between 45 and 54 years,qualifications were mainly university,college and master’s degree and above,and titles were intermediate and advanced. The age of county CDC staff were mainly between35 and 44 years,educational background were mainly special secondary school and title were primary and intermediate.Conclusion Last 10 years,the staff number of municipal and county CDC in Daqing decreased,especially county. Municipal and county CDC are aging problems,the structure of municipal staff is unreasonable. Education,professional titles have a larger gap in the municipal,county CDC. County CDC is short of high-level talent.
