摘　　要：报告二例结节性皮肤狼疮黏蛋白病并对相关文献进行复习。病例1,男,42岁。面部、胸背部皮肤斑块结节2年;病例2,男,32岁。面部、胸背部、双上肢红色斑块、结节2个月。皮肤组织病理均示真皮胶原纤维间存在弥漫性分布的黏蛋白;抗核抗体(ANA)均为阳性;诊断为结节性皮肤狼疮黏蛋白病(NCLM)。Two patients with nodular cutaneous lupus mucinosis（ NCLM） were reported and the relevant literature was reviewed. Patient one was a 42-year-old male,who presented with erythema and nodule lesions on his face,chest and back for 2 years. Patient two was a 32-year-old male,who presented with nodules and plaque on his face,chest,back and upper limbs for 2 months. Histopathologic examine showed a diffuse deposition of mucin between collagen bundles of dermis. Antinuclear antibodies were positive in the two patients.The diagnosis of nodular cutaneous lupus mucinosis（ NCLM） was made.
