摘　　要：主要运用Fluent软件对新余50 t电弧炉炼钢中的集束氧枪射流状况进行数值模拟优化研究,分析不同环缝间距下集束氧枪对氧气射流特性的影响,并且对集束射流喷吹特征规律进行分析。通过数值模拟中发现,燃气与环氧之间的间距对速度核心区有显著影响。In this paper,the fluid flow characteristics of the coherent jet used in 50 t EAF of XISCO was simulated using fluent software. The influence of the different girth distance on the fluid flow characteristics of the coherent jet was studied. The characteristics of the coherent jet with different injection flow rate were also analyzed.Through the numerical simulations,it can be found that the spacing between the fuel gas and shrouding oxygen has a significant influence on the speed potential core length of main the supersonic jet.
