摘　　要：高校图书馆发布的开放获取政策,是开放获取政策体系的重要组成部分。利用ROARMAP平台,调研美国高校图书馆独立发布的14份开放获取政策,对政策背景、政策推出时间情况、政策内容以及政策涉及的法律方面问题进行详细分析,总结政策特点,以期为我国高校图书馆制定开放获取政策提供借鉴与参考。The open access policy issued by the university library is an important part of the open access policy system. Based on the ROARMAP platform, it investigates 14 open access policies issued by the American university libraries,analyzes the policy background, adoption time, contents and several legal aspects involved in the policy,summarizes the characteristics of these policies,aiming at providing a reference for Chinese university libraries＇ open access policy development.
