滋肾育胎丸治疗卵巢储备功能下降300例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察300例卵巢储备功能下降患者服用滋肾育胎丸的临床疗效。方法将研究对象按年龄段进行分组,观察30岁以下、31~35岁、36~40岁不同年龄段的患者服用滋肾育胎丸后的疗效。结果滋肾育胎丸对于不同年龄段卵巢储备功能下降的患者,在高FSH等激素水平的下调改善上,有一定疗效;在11个与卵巢储备功能下降相关的中医症状评分指标改善上,35岁以上的患者中医症状改善明显。结论滋肾育胎丸对卵巢储备功能下降患者的激素调节和不适症状改善均有一定疗效。Objective To discover the clinical effects of Zishen Yutai pill in treating diminished ovarian reserve（DOR）.Methods300 subjects were divided into three groups and treated with Zishen Yutai pill：group A（30 years old）,group B（31 to 35 years old）,and group C（ 36 to 40 years old）.The FSH,FSH/LH,E2 and scale of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were evaluated every 3 months.Results In regards to the regulation of hormones,the FSH in groups A and C was significantly reduced（P〈0.05） after 3 months and 6 months of treatment respectively,the FSH/LH in groups B and C was significantly diminished（ P〈0.05） after 3 months and 6 months of treatment respectively,and the E2 in group B was also significantly decreased（ P〈0.05）.Additionally,group A showed significant improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine after 3 months of treatment（ P〈0.05）,group B presented great improvement after 6 months（P〈0.05）,while group C displayed constant improvement after 3,6 and 9 months（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Zishen Yutai pill proved satisfactory in regulating hormones and the improving scale of symptoms of TCM.This may be its underlying mechanism in treating DOR.
