谢泳泳从三阳脉论治绝经前后诸症经验

摘　　要：分析和总结谢泳泳导师治疗绝经前后诸症辨证思路及典型病例。谢师认为,治疗绝经前后诸症应从三阳脉论治,"三阳脉衰"为女性走向衰老的重要标志,为本虚标实之证,气血不足、肾阴阳两虚为本,与心肝脾三脏关系密切,主张选方用药因时因人制宜,补肾疏肝健脾勿忘调和阴阳兼顾气血,临床疗效显著。The syndrome differentiation thinking and typical cases of the treatment of postmenopausal syndrome was analyzed and summarized.According to my tutor,the treatment of postmenopausal symptoms should be treated from the three yang meridians,and the ＂ three yang meridians decline＂ is an important sign for women to get old.The essential reason is that qi and blood deficiency,kidney yin and yang are deficiency.It is closely related to the heart,liver and spleen.Therefore,my teacher thinks that the choice of the medicine for the patient should be suitable for the individual,not only nourishing the kidney,liver and spleen,but also reconciling qi and blood,yin and yang.The clinical efficacy is remarkable.
