基于“毒邪伏络”论治艾滋病并真菌感染的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨基于"毒邪伏络"论治艾滋病并真菌感染的临床疗效。方法收集62例艾滋病并真菌感染患者,分为对照组与试验组,对照组包括高效抗逆转录病毒的相关治疗以及抗真菌感染,治疗组在对照组常规西医内科治疗基础上联合中医药从"毒邪伏络"辨证论治,治疗1个月,治疗前后分别进行疗效评价。结果基于"毒邪伏络"论治艾滋病并真菌感染能够明显改善其症状,提高好转率,降低其死亡率,且安全性良好,探讨其机制可能与提高CD4+数有一定关系。结论基于"毒邪伏络"论治艾滋病并真菌感染有一定治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of AIDS with fungal infection based on the theory of ＂ toxin attacking collaterals＂.Methods 62 patients with AIDS with fungal infection were divided into experimental group and the control group.The control group was given HAART and anti fungal infections treatment,and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine from ＂ toxin attacking collaterals＂ syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated.Results Treatment of AIDS with fungal infection based on the theory of ＂ toxin attacking collaterals＂ can obviously improve the symptoms and the rate of improvement,reduce the mortality,and had good safety.The mechanism may be related to the increase of the CD^4＋ number.Conclusion Treatment of AIDS with fungal infection based on the theory of ＂ toxin attacking collaterals＂ may have some therapeutic effect.
