摘　　要：眩晕为临床常见病证,病程日久,病情复杂,病证兼夹,辨治难愈。何镔主任医师在多年临证中辨治精确,用药精良,辨证施治,独辟溪径,屡获良效。何师认为"治病必求其本",痰瘀互结为久病病机,治当痰瘀同治,扶正祛邪,标本兼顾、虚实兼治,才可达到治疗目的。选取临床验案4则,从脾虚痰湿,脾肾阳虚,肝肾不足,痰瘀互结论治,收效显著。Vertigo is a common clinical syndrome, which is characterized by long course of disease, complicated condition, complicated clinical symptoms, and difficult to cure. In the face of vertigo symptoms for many years, HE Bin, a Chief physician, can accurately identify the symptoms, and on this basis, treating the disease with the appropriate drugs which often achieving a good result. HE believes that the root cause of the disease should be treated. ＂Phlegm and blood stasis＂ is the main pathogenesis. In the treatment of vertigo, ＂Sputum＂ and ＂Silt＂ should be treated at the same time, method of ＂Fuzheng Quxie＂, ＂Biaoben Jiangu＂, ＂Xushi Jianzhi＂ should be used in order to treat the disease. In this paper, we choose 4 recipe cases of Vertigo treated by HE from ＂Pixu Tanshi＂, ＂Pishen Yangxu＂ , ＂Ganshen Buzu＂ and ＂Tanyu Hujie＂ which achieve a good effect.
