农民工社会资本对其人力资本回报率的影响研究

摘　　要：本文基于社会资本理论和劳动力市场理论,构建了农民工社会资本及其维度结构与城乡类型影响人力资本回报率的分析框架,并基于2014年浙江省农民工调查数据,利用分位数回归和有序Logit模型实证检验了农民工社会资本在人力资本与收入关系中的调节作用,即农民工社会资本对其人力资本回报率的影响。研究发现,农民工社会资本通过强化信息传递和缓解就业歧视,对其人力资本回报率具有正向影响;农民工社会资本内部各个维度对人力资本回报率的作用差异在不同人力资本类型间存在区别;农民工城镇型社会资本对其人力资本回报率的正向影响强于乡村型社会资本;社会资本作为一种非正式制度,对于农民工的人力资本失灵具有一定缓解作用。This paper constructed an analytic framework about the effect of social capital of migrant workers on the return of human capital based on the social capital and labor market theory. QEM and ordered Logit approaches were used for the empirical examination of the moderating effect of social capital in the relationship between human capital and wage. The results show that social capital of migrant workers has a positive impact on their human capital return,through strengthening of information transfer and easing employment discrimination. Moreover,the positive effect of trust and reciprocity are stronger than social network. The urban social capital has a positive impact on the return of human capital,which is stronger than that of rural social capital.
