摘 要:为了适应信息革命和大数据时代的需要,模糊数学要更多地切入智能数据的领域。在这方面,我国早期学者汪培庄教授提出了因素空间的数学理论,从服务于模糊数学的研究开始,进而转向认知描述,建立了知识表示的数学描述理论,曾有突出的贡献.近年来又提出因素库,为大数据的分析和处理奠定必要的数学基础.因素是基因从生物学向信息科学的拓展,是信息的表达之因.因素空间是信息描述的普适框架,能简明地表达智能问题并提供快捷的算法,因素库以认知包为单元,在网上吞吐数据,在运用数据的过程中培植数据,培养出以背景关系为核心的知识基,它决定包内的一切推理句;它对大数据吐故纳新并始终保持自己的低维度;它不涉及隐私又与同类知识包并行处理,按因素藤进行连接,形成人机认知体,引领大数据的时代潮流.本文将介绍因素空间的简要历史,说清基本思想,着重介绍因素库研究的基本进展和发展方向.Faced with the coming of big data tide and information revolution, we ought to pay attention to intelligence data from fuzzy sets. An early scholar, Prof. Wang P Z, put forward factor space theory to serve the researches of fuzzy sets in the beginning. Then he extended to cognitive description and built a mathematical theory for knowledge representation. In recent years, he put forward the factorial database in factor space, laying the mathematical foundation for the analysis and processing of big data. Factor is the extension of gene from biology to information science, which is the key of information representation. Factor space is a general framework of information description. It can state cognitive problems simply and clearly and can provide fast algorithms. Factorial database consists of elements, called cognitive bags. Each one swallows and spits data form Internet, and cultivates data while using it. The cultivated data forms a base B of background relation R. We can determine all inference knowledge within the bag by means of B; we can maintain B at a low dimension level during swallows big data; we can get B avoid to injure privacy and parallel treat same kind of bags coordinately. Bags can be connected according to factor vine, and form the man-machine cognitive system, which will guide the trend of the time of big data. This paper will introduce the brief history, basic thought and development directions of factor space.
