摘　　要：调研了某炼钢厂蒸汽回收及蓄热器工艺流程和仪表配置情况,通过实测和推算分析深入分析了目前计量统计方式存在的问题,并对蓄热器组工作的能量损失进行了估算,最后提出了节能改造建议。The technological process and instrument configuration of steam recovery and regenerator in a steel plant were investigated. Through actual measurement and calculation, the problems existing in the current metering and statistical methods were analyzed in depth and the energy loss of the regenerator was estimated. Proposals on energy saving were also put forward.
