摘 要:运用HAZOP对改性铵油炸药生产线的工艺过程和环节进行危险有害因素辨识分析,将改性铵油炸药生产线划分为破碎干燥改性、油相熔化、木粉干燥、混凉药、悬挂输送和筛凉药、包装6个工艺单元并对工艺单元内涉及的工艺参数进行偏差分析,找出可能存在的安全隐患;根据辨识分析结果和全面质量管理理论,从人、机、料、法、环五个方面提出安全管理对策。结果表明,改性铵油炸药生产线的主要危险有害因素为火灾爆炸,事故致因为工艺过程温度压力失控和设备的清洁保养不够。研究成果有利于提高改性铵油炸药生产线危险有害因素辨识分析和管理的科学化水平。This paper analyzes the dangerous and harmful factors in the modified ANFO production line process by HAZOP,in which the modified ANFO production line is divided into 6 process units,ammonium nitrate crushing and drying,oil phase melting,wood drying,ball mill mixing medicine,process parameters and suspension conveying sieve and medicine packaging,then the deviation of process parameters in units is analyzed and the potential risks are found out and finally according to the identification results and total quality management theory,some countermeasures for safety management are put forward from five aspects,human,machine,material,method and environment.The results shows that the main risk factor in modified ANFO production line is fire and explosion and the accident causation is the uncontrollable temperature and pressure in the process and unclean equipment. The results are helpful to improve the scientific level of analysis and management of the hazard causal factors in the modified ANFO production line.
