摘  要:分析了数据孤岛型煤矿的信息化系统,认为它们对事故起数和死亡人数居高不下的顶板、运输、机电、瓦斯等事故的预防和预警能力几达瓶颈。研究了用大数据、物联网等技术构建的"互联网+煤矿安全"综合平台,用以降低伤亡人数、减少事故数量。其中,数据采集层使用各类传感器对结构化或非结构化数据进行采集,数据传输层通过交换机、路由器等设备将数据传送到数据存储层,数据存储层完成数据清洗等处理后存入高性能存储设备,应用服务层通过对数据的挖掘处理,实现瓦斯等地质环境类事故的预测预警,实现顶板等材料设备类事故的预测预警,并通过人员培训提高安全生产水平。This paper has analyzed the coal mine information system based on data isolated island and it is considered that their abilities to prevent and warn the numerous accidents such as roof accident,the transportation,the electromechanical and the gas have reached the bottleneck. The " internet plus coal mine safety " integrated platform based on the big data. Internet of things and other technologies is studied,and it can be used to reduce the number of casualties and accidents. The data acquisition layer uses various sensors to collect structured or unstructured data and the data transmission layer transmits data to the data storage layer through switches,routers and other equipment. The data storage layer stores the data into high performance storage devices after completing the data cleaning process and the application service layer processes the data to realize the forecast and early warning of the geological environment accidents,such as gas accidents and the materials and equipment accidents,such as roof accidents and also to improve the safety production level through staff training.
