摘　　要：针对铝带铸轧机在轧制铝带时轧辊与铝带的粘连问题,提出运用TRIZ理论,对铝带轧制系统进行组件功能分析、矛盾分析,并使用矛盾矩阵、物-场分析、科学效应库和知识库类比查询等工具对问题进行求解,最后给出解决方案。Aiming at the problem of aluminum strip rolling in the aluminum strip rolling mill, this paper proposes the TRIZ theory to analyze the component function and the contradiction of the aluminum strip rolling system, and uses the contradiction matrix, material-field analysis, Scientific effects library and knowledge base analog query tools to solve the problem, and finally gives solutions.
