摘　　要：利用文献考据等研究方法,对相关"中医药类文告"的医学、历史、文献价值进行述评。"中医药类文告"涉及病种多为地区常见性疾病和传染性疾病,地域辐射西部及沿海州县,内容涵盖医、儒、释、道多个文化领域。文告的受众人群除了社会民众外,还包括了军人、商旅、海员等特殊职业人员。"中医药类文告"是中医药文献重要的组成部分,其应用与传播为现代疾病的防控起到示范与补充的作用,对其进行研究已成为历史学以及丝绸之路研究的有力补充。This paper aims to using methods of literature textual criticism to makeconclusion on medicine,history and literature values about ＂ Traditional Chinese Medicine（ T. C. M.） Proclamation ＂. ＂ T. C. M. Proclamation ＂ refers to regional common infectious diseases with geographical radiation towards the west and coastal counties,covering medicine,Confucianism,Buddhism,Taoism,a number of cultural areas. In addition to the public population of the crowd,the military soldiers,businessmen,seamen and other special professional staff had been those audiences. T. C. M. Proclamation becomes an importment part of T. C. M. literature. Its application and dissemination play a role of demonstrating and supplementing to the prevention and control of modern diseases,being a powerful complement to the study of history and the Silk Road.
