基于现代文献的灸法在荨麻疹中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：对2012~2016年期间有关灸法治疗荨麻疹的相关文献进行全面检索,对荨麻疹病证特点、施灸方法、选穴规律进行统计、归纳,并对存在的问题进行分析。共纳入文献22篇,其中灸法所治疗的荨麻疹类型有:西医类型4个,主要为慢性荨麻疹、寒冷性荨麻疹等;中医证型6个,主要为风寒证、气血不足证、血虚风燥证等。涉及施灸方法6种:艾条灸、热敏灸、温针灸、雷火灸、隔姜灸及天灸。涉及腧穴20个,使用频率最高的3个穴位分别是神阙、足三里、血海。Through comprehensive indexing relative literature about moxibustion to urticaria treatment during 2012-2016,this essay is to make statistics and conclusion on pathogenic features of urticaria,moxibustion methods,selection regulations of acu-points,to analyze existing problems. Literature of 22 papers is included into the study. Among these patterns on moxibustion to urticaria,there are four kinds of western medicine syndromes,covering chronic urticaria,cold urticaria etc.; there are six patterns of traditional Chinese medicine,including wind-cold pattern,insufficiency of Qi and blood pattern,blood deficiency with wind dryness pattern etc.. There have been six kinds of moxibustion therapy,containing moxa-stick moxibustion, thermosensitive moxibustion, warm acupuncture moxibustion,prescription moxibusiton,ginger moxibustion,crude herb moxibustion. Twenty acu-points have been recorded,of which Shenque（ RN8）,Zusanli（ ST36）,Xuehai（ SP10） rank the top three acu-points.
