王旭高辨治噎膈医案探析

摘　　要：王旭高不仅善治肝病,而且对于噎膈的治疗亦有独特的临床经验。通过对《王旭高临证医案》"噎膈反胃门"篇中的噎膈医案进行探析,归纳总结其辨治噎膈的经验为:噎膈之证,痰为之根;噎膈之证,气郁为多。对于中医噎膈临床治疗具有参考意义和价值。WANG Xu-gao was not only good at treating patients with liver diseases,but also having unique clinical experience on therapy to cardiac spasm. By Medical Cases of WANG Xu-gao＇s on Clinical Practices,this paper analyzes medical cases of cardiac spasm to conclude syndrome differentiation experiences： phlegm as the main pathogenic factor and Qi-stasis as the main pattern,which has reference values in clinical treatment to cardiac spasm in traditional Chinese medicine.
