摘　　要：以"珍爱生命、崇尚科学、乐于奉献、团结进取"为内涵的"广东医生"精神的提出是时代发展的需求,在新时期下,如何更好地重构医疗职业主导规则,赢取行业良好形象话语权,对构建社会和谐医患关系有着重要的意义。文章从医院、政府、社会三方就如何将"广东"医生精神应用于实际工作中进行探析,并提出了主流性、主导性、主体性的"三主"构建原则,以对凝聚卫生事业发展正能量,提高就医满意度提供一定的借鉴意义。The “Spirit of Guangdong Doctors” with ＂cherishing life, advocating science, willing to dedicate, and solidarity and enterprise＂ as its connotations, reflects the changing demands of the new era. It is of great significance to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship by reconstructing medical profession-orientated rules and regulations and gaining discourse right by a high reputation in medical service. This article probes into how to apply the “Spirit of Guangdong Doctors” in medical practice from the perspectives of hospital, government and general public, and proposes three major principles of mainstream, dominance, and subjectivity for constructing such a spirit, in an attempt to provide references in accumulating positive energies in the development of health undertakings and improving patient satisfaction.
