摘　　要：本文设计实现了一种基于资源数据库的骨干传送网规划设计平台,能够为骨干传送网工程的规划设计提供高效支撑,并提供传送网资源管理维护服务。本文介绍了平台的总体设计及核心功能,具体包括数据管理、电路路由安排、局站设计、可视化资源呈现、图纸表格绘制等功能。该平台的推广使用可有效缓解大规模网络建设引发的资源数据管理难题,并有效提升传送网络规划设计工作效率。This paper has designed and implemented a platform for backbone transport network planning and design based on network resource database, which can provide ef？ cient support for backbone transport network planning and provide transport network resource management and maintenance services. This paper introduces the overall system design and core functions of the platform, including functions such as data management, circuit routing arrangement, station design, and visualization of resource presentation and drawing of sheet forms. The promotion of the platform＇s usage can effectively alleviate the problem of resource data management and the pressure of improving design ef？ ciency caused by large-scale network construction.
