摘 要:为满足三元复合体系个性化配注要求,按照"优化系统配注参数,利用已建站场和设备,减少工程投资,缩短设计和改造周期,最小程度对注入泵进行调参"的总体原则,根据开发单井目的液配注方案,结合工艺现状,采取优化系统配注参数、完善配制工艺和调整单井注入泵参数等措施,在保证配注系统不停产的前提下,解决了"低压二元、高压二元"配注工艺的个性化配注生产难题。经对4座注入站进行调整,聚合物注入合格率为99.3%,弱碱注入合格率为97.3%,表面活性剂注入合格率为99.4%,界面张力合格率为100%,碱目的液浓度达标率提升35%以上,提高了三元复合体系个性化配注的适应性。In order to satisfy the individualized injection and allocation of ASP system,in accordance with the general principle of "optimizing system parameters of injection and allocation, using built-up stations and equipments,reducing engineering investment,shortening design and transformation periods,minimizing the parameter adjustment of the injection pump",according to the injection and allocation scheme of the single development-well purpose liquid,together with the present process situation, through taking measures such as optimizing system parameters of injection and allocation, improving preparation process and adjusting injection pump parameters of single wells, in the premise of no shutdown of injection and allocation system, the individualized injection and allocation production problem of injection and allocation process of "high pressure binary, low pressure binary" is solved.After adjusting 4 injection stations,the qualified rate of polymer concentration reaches 99.3%,of weak base injection is 97.3%,of surfactant is 99.4%,of interfacial tension is 100%,increasing qualified rate of alkali concentration purpose liquid by above 35% and improving the adaptability of ASP system individualized injection and allocation.
