摘  要:为了解决海上油田压力容器处理含聚原油过程中污油泥有效排放问题,提高含聚污油泥的排污效果,以渤海某油田电脱水器为例,对电脱水器底部排污流程进行优化设计,在电脱水器底部排污系统加装排泥装置,并开展了排泥装置排泥效果试验。试验表明:排污系统可实现将容器内聚合物油泥等杂质有效排出;电脱水器的清罐周期平均延长2个月;油相出口含水率平均下降2%;运行电流平均降低130 A。该技术降低了清罐可能潜在的安全风险,提高了电脱水器的脱水效率,达到了提质增效的目的。In order to solve the effective discharge problem of the oil sludge during the treatment process of polymer-containing crude oil by pressure vessels in offshore oilfields and improve the discharge effect of polymer-containing oil sewage,the electric dehydrator in some oilfield in Bohai is taken as an example. Optimized design for the bottom discharge process of the electric dehydrator is conducted,the sludge discharge device is added to the bottom discharge system of the electric dehydrator,and the effect test of the sludge discharge device is carried out.Test shows that the discharge system can effectively discharge impurities like the polymer-containing oil sludge in containers,the tank cleaning cycle of the electric dehydrator averagely extends for 2 months,the water ratio of the export of oil phase averagely decreases by 2%,and the operating current averagely reduces by 130 A.By using the technology,the potential security risk of tank cleaning is decreased,and the dehydration efficiency of the electric dehydrator is increased,achieving the purpose of upgrading quality and increasing efficiency.
