摘 要:为解决海上油田注水系统结垢严重的问题,在渤海油田渤西作业区某平台注水管线上开展了电磁防垢试验。在注水管线上安装腐蚀结垢监测装置挂片投捞器,考察电磁防垢仪使用前后挂片的结垢速率和腐蚀速率,试验期间注水管线的水质基本稳定。结果表明,电磁防垢仪运行前的结垢速率、腐蚀速率分别是运行后的4.72倍和1 038倍,电磁防垢仪使注水管线结垢速率下降78.83%,腐蚀速率下降99.90%,应用效果显著。To solve the serious scaling problem of the water injection system in offshore oilfields,the electromagnetic anti-scaling test is conducted in the water injection pipeline of some platform in Boxi Work Zone of Bohai Oilfield. Through installing the corrosion scaling device, namely the hangingflap throwing-fishing device on the water injection pipeline, the scaling and corrosion rate of hanging flaps before and after the use of the electromagnetic anti-scaling instrument are investigated. During the test period, the water quality of the water injection pipeline is basically stable. The result shows that the scaling and corrosion rate before using the electromagnetic anti-scaling instrument are 4.72 and1038 times as much as those after using the instrument.Electromagnetic anti-scaling instrument reduces the scaling rate of the water injection pipeline by 78.83%,and reduced its corrosion rate by 99.90%.The application effect is remarkable.
