摘　　要：为了促进我国癌症病人症状的科学管理,亟须构建指南进行指导和规范。《中国癌症症状管理实践指南》的制定严格遵循了美国医学研究所(IOM)最新指南定义,以世界卫生组织(WHO)标准版指南制定方法学为基本依据,证据分级及推荐意见制定采用GRADE及CERQual方法学,并参照指南研究和评价工具(AGREEⅡ)和卫生保健实践指南报告条目(RIGHT)标准和要求。本指南计划书主要介绍构建临床问题和选择结局指标、证据检索、推荐意见的产生等指南制定过程。In order to promote the scientific management of the symptom of cancer patients in China,it is urgent to build a clinical practice guideline(CPG)to guide and specification.The development of China cancer symptom management practice guideline was following the latest definition of Institution of Medicine(IOM),and based on the methodology of WHO handbook for guideline development.The construct of evidence classification and recommendations were based on the GRADE and CERQual methodology and concerned the request of AGREEⅡand RIGHT standard.This protocol mainly introduced the process of building the guideline,including development and selection of the clinical issues and outcomes,evidence retrieval,consensus on recommendations and so on.
