摘 要:针对船舶岸电系统电源的特殊要求,设计一种基于13电平级联H桥逆变器的大功率变频电源。给出移相变压器绕组参数的计算及36脉波整流系统对消除网侧谐波电流的公式推导;阐述移相载波控制在大功率变频电源中的优势以及逆变器输出侧集成滤波装置的具体要求;利用MATLAB/Simulink建立岸基电源系统模型,对大功率变频电源进行仿真实验,对比集成滤波器前后大功率变频电源的输出电压波形失真度和谐波特性。仿真结果表明:36脉波整流系统对消除网侧谐波电流有显著效果,集成低通滤波器的大功率变频电源的输出电压波形失真度和谐波特性良好,与传统大功率变频电源相比具有一定的优越性。Accounting to particular requirements of shore power system, a high-power variable-frequency power supply based on 13-level cascaded H-bridge (CHB) inverter was designed. The winding parameters of phase shifting transformer and equations of a 36-pulse rectification system for eliminating current harmonic were deduced. The advantages of carrier phase shift used in high-power variable-frequency power supply and the specific requirements of the integrated filter device on the output side of the inverter were deeply analyzed. The high-power variable-frequency power supply was modeled by MATLAB/simulink.Simulation results showed that the 36-pulse rectification system could eliminate harmonic effectually, and the high-power variable-frequency power supply which integrated the low-pass filter had satisfactory electrical performance compared with traditional ones.
