摘 要:针对配电网馈线自动化(FA)系统结构复杂、馈线方式多样的现状,提出采用合适的特定通信服务映射(SCSM),实现基于IEC 61850的智能馈线自动化通信。通过对IEC 61850标准技术特点和FA系统架构的分析,提出基于Web Service与IEC 60870-5-104(IEC104)相结合的SCSM映射实现方式,将集中型FA映射到Web Service协议,就地型FA映射到IEC 104协议。然后对FA中的关键设备馈线终端(FTU)进行建模,分析映射到2种协议的通信模式和实现方法的关键技术。最后在实验室环境下搭建测试平台,测试结果验证了映射方法的可行性。In view of the complex structure and multiple status in the distribution network feeder automation (FA) system, it was pointed out that the appropriate specific communication service mapping (SCSM) is an effective method to realize smart feeder automation based on IEC 61850. According to the analysis of the technical features of IEC 61850 standard and the architecture of FA system, a new mapping profile with SCSM(Web Services + IEC60870-5-104) was proposed in this paper, which the centralized FA was mapped to the Service Web protocol and the local FA was mapped to the IEC104 protocol. Then, the key equipment (FTU) in the feeder automation system was modeled. The communication mode, the specific implementation method of the two protocols and other key technologies were all analyzed. Finally, the experimental platform was set up in the laboratory environment, and the testing results verified the feasibility of the mapping method.
