摘 要:提出一种回热系统抽汽级数优化方法。回热系统抽汽级数优化过程中,提出3种优化方案;根据等效热降法,对3种抽汽级数优化的回热系统进行热经济性计算,并考虑设备、系统投资费用等因素,对3种抽汽级数优化的回热系统进行综合经济性比较,确定出最终的优化方案及优化结果。针对国内某电厂660 MW超超临界汽轮机回热系统进行抽汽级数优化分析,结果表明:该文优化方案比传统设计方案效率更高,降低了热耗与煤耗。An optimal method of regenerative extraction steam numbers for 660 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine was proposed in this paper. Three optimal schemes were presented in the process of evacuation steam numbers optimization for the regenerative system. According to the equivalent thermal drop method, the heat economy calculation of the three regenerative systems optimized for the extraction steam numbers were carried out. And considering the factors of the equipment and system investment cost, the final optimization program and results were determined by the comprehensive economic analysis and comparison. The experimental results showed that the proposed method had higher efficiency and lower losses compared to the traditional methods.
