摘 要:柜内安装加热器、安装直流风扇、外壁覆盖隔热层是目前较为常用的3种电力系统户外设备防凝露措施。分析凝露形成机理,在人工环境气候室内搭建环网柜二次小室凝露现象研究实验系统,分别记录3种措施下实验组及空白对照组的凝露时间。实验结果表明:柜内安装加热器和柜壁外侧覆盖隔热层均可以起到防凝露的作用,且柜内安装加热器的防凝露效果更好;柜内安装直流风扇不仅不会起到防凝露的作用,还会缩短凝露时间。Installing heater or DC fan in the cabinet and covering the cabinet with heat insulation layer are three common condensation prevention measurements. Firstly, the formation mechanism of the condensation phenomenon was analyzed in this paper. An experiment system of the secondary cabinet was set up in artificial climate chamber, and the cabinet inner wall condensation formation time was recorded with the above three kinds of condensation prevention measurements respectively. The experimental results show that installing heater in the cabinet and covering the cabinet with heat insulation layer are effective to anti-condensation, and the effect of installing heater is better. Installing DC fan is useless to anti-condensation, and will shorten the condensation time.
