摘  要:间抽是低液量油井的重要生产方式,传统间抽存在油井不在合理流压范围生产、人工停机劳动工作量大的问题,通过研究低液量井IPR曲线、泵抽性能和间抽制度的关系,形成了低液量油井不停机间抽优化技术,研发了不停机间抽装置,采用了小幅往复摇摆取代了间抽停井模式。5口井现场试验表明,在产量不损失情况下,泵效和有功节电率分别提升32%和50.7%,实现了低液量井高效举升,为低液量油井节能降耗提供了可靠的技术手段。Intermittent pumping is the important production mode for low liquid oil wells. The problems of traditional intermittent pumping include non-reasonable range of flow pressure and large amount of labor of artificial stop. The relations of IPR curve、 pumping performance and intermittent pumping system are researched. The non-stop and intermittent pumping optimization technique of low liquid well is formed. The device of non-stop and intermittent pumping is developed which adopts small swing operation instead of intermittent pumping stop. Field tests of5 wells show that when there is no production amount loss, pump efficiency and active power saving rate raised 32% and 50.7%. This technique realizes the high-efficiency lifting of low liquid well and provide reliable technical means for energy saving of low liquid wells.
