摘  要:针对封隔器在CO_2驱过程中存在易腐蚀、气密封效果差、寿命短以及起出难度大等问题,研制了CO_2气驱封隔器。该封隔器采用旋转油管坐封,上提管柱解封;其胶筒采用耐温耐腐蚀氟橡胶,有效克服注气与停注时温差对密封件的影响;设计了全周向胶筒端部保护结构,提高了气密封效果。CO_2气驱封隔器在现场试验6井次,施工成功率100%,最大施工井斜52°,最大下深2 643.79 m,最大注气压力23.12 MPa,密封有效率达100%,且平均工作寿命超过24个月。现场试验结果表明:该工具满足油田防腐和防气窜工艺要求,具有良好的经济和社会效益。Aiming at the problems of packer during CO2 flooding such as easy corrosion, poor gas sealing effect, short working life and pull up difficulty, a CO2 flooding packer was developed. The packer is set by rotating tubing and is released by pulling pipe string. The rubber cylinder adopts a temperature-resistant and corrosion- re-sistant fluorine rubber to effectively address the influence of the temperature difference between gas injection and stopping injection on the seal. The circumferential rubber cylinder end protection structure is designed to improve gas seal performance. The CO2 gas-flooding packers have been applied in six test wells with the operation success rate of 100%, the maximum operation well inclination of 52°, the maximum packer setting depth of 2 643. 79 m, the maximum injection pressure of 23. 12 MPa, achieving the sealing efficiency of 100% with the average working life of more than 24 months. The field test results show that the tool meets the requirements of anti-corrosion and anti-gas channeling technology in oilfield.
