高黎贡山蕨类植物区系特征

摘　　要：位于中缅交接的高黎贡山是全球的生物多样性热点地区之一.本研究首次结合蕨类植物PPG I系统、中国植物志英文版和近期与蕨类植物相关的系统学研究结果对高黎贡山的蕨类植物开展了区系分析.初步研究结果表明,高黎贡山有蕨类植物34科107属496种、变型和变种.优势科为鳞毛蕨科、水龙骨科和蹄盖蕨科,分别包含103种、89种和68种;这3个科所包含的种类占本区种总数的52.4%.优势属为鳞毛蕨属、耳蕨属和蹄盖蕨属,分别包含49种、40种和33种;这3个属所包含的种类占本区总种数的24.6%.科、属的地理成分分别以世界分布和泛热带分布为优势类型.种的地理成分兼具温带和热带性质,以东亚分布为优势类型.特有成分是高黎贡山蕨类植物区系的重要组成.特有种类的数量仅次于东亚分布的种数,包含113种,占本区种总数的22.8%.Located at the border between China and Myanmar,Gaoligongshan is one of the global biodiversity hotspots. We carried out a floristic study on the lycophytes and ferns of Gaoligongshan following the classifcations of the PPG I and the Flora of China and results of recent systematic studies. The preliminary results showed that there were 34 families,107 genera,and 496 species,subspecies,and varieties of lycophytes and ferns in Gaoligongshan. The largest families were Dryopteridaceae,Polypodiaceae, and Athyriaceae,each of which contains 103,89,and 68 species,respectively;the species number of these three families accounts for 52.4% of the total species in the fora. The largest genera were Dryopteris,Polystichum,and Athyrium,each of which contains 49,40,and 33 species respectively;the species number of these three genera accounts for 24.6% of the total species in the fora. The dominant foristic areal-types are “Cosmopolitan” and “Pantropic” at the family and generic level, respectively. Species of Gaoligongshan were characterized by having both the temperate and tropical elements with dominant “East Asia” distribution. Endemism is one of the most important areal-types of the region with 113 species endemic in the fora,accounting for 22.8% of the total species in the region, only fewer than the species number with “East Asia” distribution.
