应对方式在护理专业女大学生神经质人格与抑郁症状关系中的中介作用

摘　　要：目的探讨护理专业女大学生的应对方式在神经质人格与抑郁症状关系中的中介效应。方法采用方便取样抽取400名护理专业女大学生,用一般情况调查表、90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)、应对方式量表进行访谈和评测。结果共收集378份有效问卷。结果显示应对方式与神经质人格、抑郁症状显著相关(P<0.01);多重中介模型和Bootstrap检验显示,自责的应对方式在神经质人格与抑郁症状之间的中介效应显著,其中介效应占总效应的36.97%。结论自责的应对方式是护理专业女大学生神经质人格与抑郁症状关系中的部分中介因素。Objective To explore the mediating effects of coping styles on neuroticism personality and depression in female nursing college students. Methods Totally 400 female nursing students from Nanjing Medical University were interviewed and assessed using the general questionnaire,Symptom Checklist 90( SCL-90),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire( EPQ) and Coping style questionnaire. Results There were 378 valid questionnaires collected for the further analysis.The scores on coping styles were significantly correlated with neuroticism personality and depression.( P < 0. 01). Multiple mediation model analysis and Bootstrap test displayed that the mediating effect of self-blame coping styles was significant for neurotic personality and depressive symptoms,and the effect size accounted for 36. 97% of the total effect. Conclusion The selfblame coping style is a part mediator of neuroticism personality and depression in female nursing college students.
