摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应中心集中管理口腔器械过程中运用PDCA管理的效果。方法 2015年1月—12月口腔器械由门诊口腔科护士处理,选取1 920件进行清洗质量、灭菌质量的检测,设为对照组。2016年1月—12月期间口腔器械在消毒供应中心集中处理,选取1 920件进行清洗质量、灭菌质量的检测,设为观察组。观察2组器械的清洗质量合格率和包装灭菌质量合格率。结果实施口腔器械在消毒供应中心集中管理后,观察组口腔器械清洗质量合格率和包装灭菌质量合格率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论运用PDCA循环实现了口腔器械从科室自行处理到消毒供应中心集中规范处理工作模式的转变,消毒供应中心集中管理口腔器械效果显著,可以有效提高口腔器械的清洗质量和包装灭菌质量。Objective To investigate the PDCA cycle in centralized management of oral appa-ratus in central sterile supply depatment. Methods Totally 1 920 cases of oral apparatus washedand sanitized by dental nurses between January, 2015 and December, 2015 were selected as thecontrol group. Another 1 920 cases of oral apparatus centralized managed in central sterile supply department between January, 2016 and December, 2016 were selected as the observation group.The qualified rate in washing and sterilization of oral apparatus were compared between twogroups. Results The qualified rate of cleaning,packaging and sterilization were higher thanthose of the control group （P〈 0 .0 1 ）. Conclusion Using PDCA cycle in centralized manage-ment can effectively improve the cleaning and sterilization quality of oral apparatusin central stesupply department.
