基于邻里中心社区介护培训指导的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于邻里中心的社区介护培训指导的推广及运用。方法选取居家空巢卧床老人的照护者80名,分为观察组和对照组,各40名。2组照护者均实施日常生活照护,观察组照护者接受社区介护基础护理操作培训指导并考核,干预时间为6月。评价2组介护基础护理操作技能使用的满意度,以及照护者的疾病知识掌握情况和生活护理操作落实和合格情况。结果观察组家属及居家空巢卧床老人对介护技能使用的满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组照护者培训后疾病知识掌握、生活护理操作落实和合格情况优于对照组照顾者(P<0.05)。结论基于邻里中心开展社区介护培训指导,能促进照护者生活护理操作的有效落实。Objective To investigate the promotion and application of community-based training and guidance on nursing care of the elderly. Methods Eighty caregivers were chosen to taking care the empty nest bedridden elderly people. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. In the observation group,caregivers received community-based training and guidance,and the assessment was carried out to evaluate the implementation effect. To evaluate the care recipients' satisfactory degree on nursing care,and to assess the knowledge level and nursing skills of caregivers by self-made questionnaires. Results The score in assessing satisfaction of the elderly and their relatives was higher in the observation group than that of controls( P < 0. 05). The caregivers achieved a high score on knowledge level and nursing skills compared with those of controls( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Community-based nursing training and guidance can effective promote the implementation of caregivers' life care for empty nest bedridden elderly people.
