持急救资质证的非医务人员实施心肺复苏行为意向的质性研究

摘　　要：目的了解持急救资质证的非医务人员实施心肺复苏行为意向的现状及其影响因素。方法采用目的抽样法对13名持急救资质证的非医务人员进行半结构式深入访谈,通过录音、笔录形式来收集数据,采用Colaizzi的现象学分析方法进行访谈资料的处理与主题分析。结果归纳出2个主题,即持急救资质证的非医务人员实施CPR的意向和实施CPR的影响因素(包括自我效能、风险感知、益处感知、现场因素等4个亚主题)。结论持急救资质证的非医务人员实施心肺复苏的行为意向仍有提升空间,而可能影响其实施旁观者心肺复苏的因素众多,有必要针对这些因素开展进一步研究,以期提高旁观者CPR实施率。Objective To understand certificated citizen's willingness to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the influencing factors.Methods By purposive sampling,13 certificated citizen were selected and semi-structured in-depth interview were conducted.The data were collected through notes and recording and analyzed using Colaizzi method.Results Two themes were extracted:certificated citizen's willingness to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation;the possible influencing factors.The influencing factors were divided into four subthemes:self-efficiency,perceived risk;perceived usefulness and on-site situation.Conclusion There is still room for improvements on certificated citizen's willingness to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and several influencing factors exist,it's necessary to do further research on these factors,and increase the willingness to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
