摘　　要：目的探讨Z型注射法结合留置气泡技术在注射氟维司群患者中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择2015年10月至2017年1月在南方医科大学南方医院肿瘤科接受氟维司群治疗的女性患者20例,采用自身对照,即对同一患者左侧注射采用Z型注射法结合留置气泡技术,右侧采用常规注射法,然后比较两种注射法的临床效果。结果 Z型注射法结合留置气泡技术所致患者的局部反应、药物外渗均明显低于常规注射法,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 Z型注射结合留置气泡技术用于氟维司群治疗中,可防止药物在皮下组织渗漏,有助于减少局部不良反应的发生率,减少药物浪费,确保氟维司群的剂量和疗效,减轻患者疼苦,提高护理工作质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of Z-injection of Fulvestrant with indwelling bubble technique.Methods By convenience sampling,20 cases were selected.Fulvestrant was administered at the left side of the patients by Z-injection of Fulvestrant with indwelling bubble technique,and at the right side by the conventional injection.The clinical effect was compared between two methods.Results The local response and drug extravasation resulting from the improved method of injection were less than those resulting from the conventional method of injection(P<0.05).Conclusion Z-injection of Fulvestrant with indwelling bubble technique can reduce the extravasation of Fulvestrant in the subcutaneous tissues,and thus decrease the incidence of adverse reactions and reduce the patient's pain and the medicine wastage,ensure maximal therapeutic effects and improve the clinical nursing quality.Therefore,Z-injection of Fulvestrant with indwelling bubble technique is well worth clinical promotion.
