摘 要:以两种生境柽柳群落土壤为研究对象,分析比较其理化性质、土壤酶活性空间分布特征以及其相互关系。结果表明:两种生境柽柳群落土壤含水率随土层加深先降低后升高,土壤容重随土层的增加而逐渐增大,pH值介于8.15~9.01之间,有机质、全盐量、全氮、全磷表现为随着土层加深逐渐减低。生境Ⅰ过氧化氢酶和脲酶随着土层加深,其活性表现出逐渐增加的趋势,碱性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性则表现为先降低后升高。生境Ⅱ过氧化氢酶、脲酶和蔗糖酶在土层0~20 cm酶活性最高,碱性磷酸酶随土层增加略微增加。相关性分析表明,生境Ⅰ的全盐量与其它指标相关性最强,全盐为本生境土壤性质的主要影响因子;生境Ⅱ土壤含水率与其它指标相关最强,含水率为本生境土壤性质的主要影响因子。经配对T检验分析表明,两个生境的容重、含水率、全盐、有机质、pH、碱解氮、全磷、碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶指标差异显著,全氮、全钾、过氧化氢酶和脲酶差异显著性不明显。In order to probe the space distribution characteristics and relationships of soil physicochemical properties and soil enzyme activities,the soil of two Tamarix community habitats in South Slope of Tianshan Mountains were studied. The results showed that the moisture content first decreased then increased with the depth of soil layers of in both of kinds habitats,while bulk density increased with the depth of soil,the pH values were between 8. 57 ~ 9. 01,organic matter,total salt content,total nitrogen,total phosphorus decreased with the soil depth. The activites of catalase and urease showed a gradual increasing trend with soil depth in the habitatⅠ,while the activities of invertase and phosphatase increased first then decreased with the depth of soil layers. The activities of catalase,urease and invertase decreased first then increased with the deepening of soil layers,and reached the highest in 0 ~ 20 cm soil layer,whereas the activities of phosphatase increased very little with soil depth in the habitatⅡ. Correlation analysis showed that the soil salt content had a strong correlation with other measured indexes,the salt content had the most important influence on the other soil properties in habitatⅠ. The soil moisture content strong correlated with other measured indexes,soil moisture effected the other soil properties most in habitatⅡ. The Paired Samples T-Test analysis indicated that bulk density,moisture content,salinity,organic matter,pH,nitrogen,total phosphorus,alkaline phosphatase and invertase had significant differences in two habitats,whereas,for total nitrogen,total potassium,catalase and urease,no significant differences were detected.
